I kind of prefer you don’t. If anything this is for someone who claims they know absolutely nothing about design. In this quick course I can’t promise I’ll make you a design expert but I can give you the tools you need to confidently be able to create content on your own.

Yes. While you may want to skip around some of the introduction to the interface, all of the lessons are created to optimize your skills in Canva. I’ll give you shortcuts, my techniques for finding great photos and graphics, and make sure everything is presented through a branding and design lens to help you boost your personal or professional brand.

Nope. It may help, but you can get by just fine with the free version of Canva. If anything, this course should help you decide whether or not it’s something you want to purchase as I’ll talk you through what is and what isn’t included.
Whenever possible, I try to provide work arounds to tools that aren’t provided in Canva Pro.

That’s entirely up to you. If you want to power straight through, it’ll take you about 3 hours. However this course is self paced and you’ll unlimited access to it after purchase so you can take your time and come back to it when you need a refresh.

Absolutely. Because I’m advertising this primarily on Instagram, and most of my followers are utilizing Instagram, I took a heavy Instagram focus on this. I’m a firm believer in “never half ass two things, whole ass one thing” so I wanted to provide all of the information I could on creating engaging and on brand Instagram content. If I tried to also include Facebook and LinkedIn and TikTok I would probably stretch myself too thin and the content wouldn’t be as valuable. So while this is heavy on Instagram, all of the content and recommendations apply to all of these platforms.

Nope! While it will definitely help to be in the health and performance sphere, as I tend to pull all of my examples and tutorials from it, design is design so you can take everything you learn here and apply it to whatever field you’re in.
